If you are vision impaired, what would work best for you?

Would you want to hear things to help navigate through the 3D Community? or would you rather just have an alternate "Information and Links" type of text information only? 

If you do navigate the site, what sounds work best? Spoken degrees rotation as you turn and distance moved when you walk?

Would surround sound queues as you move towards an object help?

What would help YOU get the most out of 3D Browsing?
